California Estys...State Board Regulations

Hi,

I'm having difficulty locating the latest version on our scope of practice. State Board web site doesn't make it easy.  Specifically, I'm looking for what we're allowed to do with LED, Micro-needling, micro pen and micro-current. Please let me know.

State board does not regulate Microblading, that would be regulated by the health department. To do permanent makeup in Los Angeles you need to be blood borne pathogen certified and be licensed by the health department.
