Is it ok to do a peel on a nursing mom? I have one that has very dry skin and hyper pigmentation, and I wanted to do the lactic from skinscript on her, but I am not sure if it's ok.

I think it's better to do an enzyme peel and red light therapy. I would not touch a nursing mom with a chemical peel.

I would have her clear it through her doctor, but generally Lactic, Glycolic, and Mandelic are all safe for nursing mothers. Although I would go with lactic or mandelic because they are more gentle.

Well, I wrote to skinscript and they advise against it. So I will go with an enzyme. Thanks ladies!
