Hi! I was curious how other Estheticians deal with giving their clients product recommendations when they don't purchase on the spot. Same for treatment recommendations.

Do you follow up with the information in an email or do you hand them a "prescription" when they check out? How do you keep track of what you've recommended for your own records?
