College or continuing education courses?

Does anyone have recommendations for helpful classes for the business end of what we do?  Or courses that would be beneficial to someone who's self employed?

Eventually I would like to have a few employees, but I haven't even figured out self-employment yet, so that's far off.  Are there any business courses tailored specifically for people in our industry?

I've just signed up with Skin Script and they have wonderful courses on their products.  Whatever product line you use should have classes or webinars that you can take.  Those are always helpful, even beyond product knowledge, because you learn different techniques.  :)
