Do any of you know what the law is regarding dermaplaning or microdermabrasion and adding a chemical peel in same treatment?
If we are a solo esty not in a med spa, can we do this?

According to DORA it is illegal to perform a Microdermabrasion after a Chemical Peel or vise versa on the same visit in the state of Colorado. However, I know many spas around here in Northern Colorado that do it, but of course that doesn't make it legal. As far as Dermaplaning goes, you must have training and certification, just like Microdermabration and Chemical Peels and same rules would apply. Hope that helps! :)

Thank you Joshua. That is exactly what I thought. I perform all treatments just not together but see some people advertise a peel with one or the other, especially med spas. Thx again!
