Those of you that hire contractors, e.g. Esty's, Massage Therapists, etc. how do you pay them? Flat rate or Percentage (commssion)? And how much of either. If you pay a commssion rate, how do you handle daily deals like Groupons where you have already deeply discounted the service, how much do you pay your hel to do the service?
