Hello everyone! I absolutely believe that education is the key to success.  I've been an esty for 12 years, and self-employed for nine.  I also have an instructor's license.  It is extremely frustrating to find classes in my area, for c.e. hours or not. I assume other estys who love their career would feel the same.  I would really like to offer classes, to coach & mentor.

I have given classes before and I am familiar with the process thru the state.  Now I would like feedback.  Does any one else offer classes or teach?  What is your process?  I know what I'd like to learn/re-learn; what would you like to learn? Do you know of any resources that would be helpful? Please offer advice generously.  I know this is quite an undertaking & immense responsibility to teach.  I want it to be fun also!
