Dermafile
I just ordered a set of 3 dermafiles. To those of you using them, do you charge extra or just substitute it for the exfoliation in the facial?

Love the Dermafiles! I don't charge extra, it's just part of my exfoliation process. But I have a lot of toys, so if this is your main tool for exfoliation, you may want to set it a part by charging more. Does that make sense? Did I word that right?

Yes makes sense, it will be my only "tool" for exfoliation as of now. I would also like to get a skin spatula. Thanks for the reply!
