Hello, all. I need some advice. I had to close my small day spa and relocate to care for my parents. In this process, my Dermalogica account was closed due to inactivity (after I had bought in at the cost of about $4000 only 2 years earlier). To reestablish my account, they are asking for another $1800 for inventory.
I have wanted to move to another skin care line and have a retail line that I love. My problem is that I love the exfoliators mentioned above by Dermalogica. They are amazing exfoliants without going into chemical peels (I use PCA for my chemicals).
Can anyone recommend a professional exfoliant to use in place of the AE35 and MPF? If I could find a comparable product, I would move away from Dermalogica.
Thanks for any help!

I have to admit... I have found the two products I need on Ebay, but I am just a bit scared of buying through that venue.
I think that you should forget Dermalogica if they can't work with you.
Just check out the ingredients and see what else you can try...
the MPE is just a lactic blend right? And I am sure that the AE35 is probably some other fruit acids... or maybe glycolic?
I have been happy with Skin Script enzymes boosted with their peels (I have gotten better results over MPE with their Lemon Zest Enzyme alone without boosting but the shelf life on this is very short). I don't see where D has anything that can't be improved upon. There are so many other fabulous lines out there, and those vendors are much more supportive of solo estys.
Do some research and try some other lines....get yourself to a trade show and ask questions.
But if you want the products that bad just connect with another esty that uses the D and she will probably sell you wholesale. There is a group on here for them...
I agree with Cindy... I was trained on the Dermalogica brand but because they have started showing up in macys and jcpenny my loyalty has moved on.
I have also been using SkinScript and I am loving the line... the enzymes are amazing and the peels are very powerful. They have a great sample pack for only $15. If you sign up with them then look in the online catalog you will see the sample enzymes and peels. It's a one time purchase for pros who want to test them before buying whole bottles. And with no min orders it's looking bright, I'm loving it.
