Dermaroller for HOME use????
The latest from R +F "skin care" (and I use the term loosely). Seriously? I'm pretty sure the laws in PA say I can't use one (with a license) yet anyone regardless of education can sell one to their neighbor? How do we as professionals handle questions about this device if/when they come up?

Well, if you can't perform it in your state, maybe you should find a non-MLM way to retail it instead?
