Derm store is an on-line RETAILER

Cons are that these "big guys" are now carrying pro lines and cutting out the middle man -

which would be YOU, the esthetician.

Pros - none at all for professionals, but for consumers they can get pro products and get free shipping and avoid paying sales tax if their state has it.
