Hello everyone, last year I had pretty steep decline in services from beginning of November until end of December since clients started saving money for holidays. Then gift certificates really picked up for holidays so we still did really well. But I am thinking about different strategies I can develop this year to navigate these slow times and wondering if anybody can share what worked for them? Really appreciate it
