I just wanted to let everyone know the great experience I had with this company. I always feel like people (myself included) want to shout about bad experiences but don't want to speak out the good ones. I appreciate it so much when my clients take the time to write reviews for me so I am writing one for them in this forum. :)

I ordered 36 hand towels from them last year and they were great. Lasted me over a year and that includes bleaching them every single wash. After I washed my last shipment, the towels were already falling apart and were thin and rough. Not good for facials. I couldn't send them back because I was quickly running out of towels. I sent them an email to let them know, not asking for anything in return. I got a return phone call that same day. I was unable to return the call and so the person called me again the next day to make sure she reached me. This time she left me a detailed message explaining what had happened and that they had already shipped me out replacement towels. Given the condition of the towels I received, this is what should have happened but I don't feel like every company takes care of their customers anymore. This one does.
