I suggest Vitamin K topical for dark circles. Skin is thin under the eye, leaky blood vessels causes the blueish color. Some dark brown color is genetic in nature and that's a tuff one to deminish.

Minimizing pores is difficult, pore size is genetic as well. Keeping the pores deep cleansed and free of oil and debris helps minimize. The amount of oil produced by an individual also plays into how large the pores will be.

Glycolic Acid helps to breakdown the oil in the pores, ClairSonic cleansing system helps to deep cleanse the pores.

De-fatting the surface of the skin through cleansing and exfoliation and the use of acids in toners helps my clients a great deal. Also  Beta Peels and Glycolic Peels help.

Grapeseed or olive oil (TINY amount) for the dark circles (doesn't take away, but helps minimize appearance).

I am interested in the reducing appearance of pores also, any all natural suggestions?

circadia vitamin c reversal serum maybe used on whole eye area, and will brighten area.  also their full circle eye repair
