Yesterday we had an incredible workshop at my training center. You could literally feel the love and support all day long. Lori Crete, the esthetician mentor, and I spent the day sharing business ideas and getting Estys to think deep about what may be holding them back from success. I was amazed and thrilled by how these wonderful Estys opened up and shared their stories. I do believe that everyone left yesterday feeling much better about themselves and their future. 

Here is something awesome that happened....every single Esty showed up early!!! I have never had that happen before. I was so impressed with these women. That tells me that everyone was very ready to learn and ready to take their businesses to the next level.

We had a surprise guest speaker that wowed everyone. Monique Lusse, the financial midwife (love that name!). We know what to do in the treatment room but we sorely lack information about the financial end of running a successful business. This was an emotional time during the day, because talking about finances isn't always easy. Estys opened up about their fears in that arena also.

We're getting ready to repeat the workshop again today. I'm looking forward to hearing more wonderful stories and meeting more awesome Estys. We will be taking this workshop on the road next year....so keep an eye on the schedule on my website for when we'll be in a City close to you!!!
