I am needing advice on adding esthetic equipment to my spa.  I have a microderm machine but am looking at other types of equipment. Just wondering what seems to most appealing to clients out there?  I am on a limited budget....just wanting to get some feed back from all.

Also, does anyone know where I can get some diamond tips for my microderm machine?  I do not like the ones I have and do not want to purchase from where I purchased my microderm machine.

One more question....what do you all think about the dermafiles?

Thank you so much!

About new equipment we just have purchased microcurrent machine for our spa and this treatment has become very popular, probably half of our services is a microcurrent face-lift treatments. Machine is quite expensive but it payed off just in the first month of use.
Love the dermafile. Simple to use and great results.
Thanks everyone for all your wonderful experience and feedback. Keep it coming!

Love the Dermafiles! They have been out of stock for a few months but she should be getting them in again this month. I'll make a post when she gets her shipment in. I sell them on my website! Between an ultrasonic spatula and then the dermafile, you can get a fabulous exfoliation with no irritation.

Are you still looking for tips for your microderm? I may have a contact for that.

Anyone have a steamer that they love? I am looking for one that has a compartment for herbs.

i use nuface in my spa, it's a handheld device that you can actually sell to clients as well.  very inexpensive like $300.  the profit is nice if you can sell them too.  also, don't be too cheap on your machines because i was and now i wish i would of spent a little more and bought nicer bed and steamer/mag lamp.

hi! I have nuface and I barely use it. How do you incorporate it with your facial? Do use it with the enzyme? Or after? Can I still use microderm with it? Thank you

What's a Derma-Pod with micro-current? Can you send me a link? Love the Dermafile by the way! Gentle but very effective!

hi, i would like to read more about it, also can you plese send me a link where i can get one.

maggie

How much did this machine cost u?

I have used both types of micro machines, however, most clients love the crystals.

We have SmoothSculpt here at our spa and our clients love it.  It really pays off because it can be used for face and body treatments.  Since we are a "wellness" oriented spa it also proves to be a great plus for the health benefits it delivers right along with the beauty results.
