Hi There

I am new to the site. I am thinking about doing some business from home (waxing and/or facials) and am wondering about Health Department Regulations and such.  I am assuming I can be inspected in home just like any spa. Is it better to go the clients then have them come to me? I am also new to the trade so any advice or suggestions are appreciated. Particularly Washington State.
