I'm looking for a room/rooms to rent beginning February 1st.  I'm currently renting 2 spaces at Sola Salons in Pleasanton.  I began my stay there almost 5 years ago with only one room, but expanded by tearing down a wall by year 2.  I'm getting ready to sign another lease, but would like to get my rent down a bit.  I have a very established client base - 250-300 clients.  I'm seeking to keep the rent anywhere from $700-$1300 depending upon the size.  I carry two product retail lines, as well as my own organic line.  

Anyone out there who might know a spa or hair salon seeking a very busy esthetician.  Not wanting %/commission/employee status.  I want to keep my business my own and just pay the rent.  I'm very busy, so would need access to my place at all times.
