Anyone work at the European Wax Centers? Do they make you sign a disclosure ensuring you won't take their clientle if you decide to leave?

I'm not sure, I've never worked for them but interested in a position with them...let me know how the interview goes?  :)

I worked there for almost 2 years. And, yes they do. Once you leave for whatever reason, they do their best to keep your clients. For example, You're coworkers could be fired if they release info of where you are currently working to your clients at the Wax Center. Then you have to start from scratch, unfortunately.

Anytime you are an employee (vs an independent contractor) the employer has the right to keep the clients.
