Facials for pregnant clients

Hello!  One of my dearest client is pregnant.  She really enjoys and 'needs' her facials but the discomfort in her back may keep her off the table for a while.  Has anyone been in this situation?  I want her to keep coming but don't want her to lay there uncomfortable for an hour.

I work with massage therapists and we either use a pregnancy pillow or I had a pregnant client that leaned against a wedge on the table so she was reclining, not laying flat.  She was 8 months pregnant and said she felt comfortable.

I arch my pregnant clients up with pillows if they are uncomfortable, I also use a bolster under knees for back support...
