Hello Esthis,
I've been offering good, simple facials for years .. I'm now wanting to add on some treatments that truly make a visible, and hopefully long lasting result.
What are your favorites? What's a good bang for the buck add-on to offer?
Thank you!

It kind of depends on the length of the session -- 30 minutes or 60 minutes?. For me, the most *requested* is LED photo rejuvenation. But my LED machine does a full face in 5 minutes, so that gives me a good 20 minutes to still do a basic facial in a 30 minute session. After that, microderm and micro-current are popular.
Thank you for the reply Julia!
I am interested in offering LED too. However, I wonder what results are seen immediately after the facial? From my understanding (I also have a handheld LED for personal use), is that it takes a lot of time and dedication to see results, if any.
Secondly, what are you doing when the client is under the lights?
Hi!
It depends. Some do feel a textural difference after the first visit and those with Rosacea or other ruddyness will often times see a calming after one treatment if the LEDs are high output enough. That aside, LED treatments are a course of treatments (typically 6). But like I said, it's my most common request. Don't judge results by many of the small handheld units. I posted to the following article here before, but if you didn't see it, I'll link again so you can better understand the differences in machines:

While the client is under the LEDs, I'm with there with them. I stay. But like I said, my unit does the session in 5 minutes. I don't use one of the popular units many have. I came to discover that many clients don't like to be left alone in a room for 30 minutes. It turns out that while they pay for a service, they're paying for you too. They like you to be there. They ask questions or just want to talk. Plus, in that time, you can discuss product possibilities and other treatment courses. I engage them rather that turn on some LEDs and close the door behind me. Hope this helps!
Thank you Julia .. that article was packed with information! I will have to go back and re-read it.
Also appreciate your sharing how you use the LED during treatments. Like you, I never leave the room or my client's side ... I'm always actively treating them. It would be a change using LED, perhaps similar to doing a peel, where my hands aren't doing something for X number of minutes.
