Free consent forms for download
is there an specific place where I can download consent forms or any other legal forms/papers for free? I'm starting my practice and need all the forms I can get my hands in. Anything from Peels, microderms, waxing, galvanic/high frequency, you name it!

If you a member of ASCP , you can download those forms for free, and they are really good.

Thanks Edith! We do have a great selection of consent and intake forms available for ASCP members, just look under the "Client Treatment Forms" menu once you're logged in to the site.
