Does anyone have recommendations for handheld machines, e.g. galvanic, high frequency, microderm?  Are the results satisfactory compared to bigger machines?  I have space constraints and would rather get small devices if they are worth the money. 

Also, what is your opinion on dermafiles and how do you incorporate them in your Tx??
