Since this is my first mail on this board and i would like to introduce myself briefly.

I have been working in spa from several years.I am UK qualified Aesthetician,Electrlogist,senior laser tech and have been working globally and  working in USA from past 15 years.

Currently i am working in a big chain of med spa and considered one of most  favourite,dedicated and hard working employee  in my location.I got ons of best reviews online.I love myprofession and quite confident what i am qualified in.

I was visiting back to my home town for few weeks in past month.When i came back my manager called me in office and told me about one of my collegue(newly hired) was spreadining rumors about me which are totally wrong.She told 2 of my clients I have burnt so many clients and i do on purpose specially on Indian Asian clients.She is Indian girl.

I was in tears and was about to quit but my manager supported me and requested me not to quit and ignore her and be positive.Co incidently my manager quit and i am  working with this girl from a month or so.I did not discuss anything about all that.

One day she started telling me that the manger was a liar she accused me which i never did. I swaer to God i swear on my mother why would i do that , blah blah blah.

I told her i trust you but if you have done it i am so hurt and you are ruining my reputaion which i earned in  years.She was keep swearing.I cleaned my heart and was so co operative and  friendly like good co workers.

Today when she is on vacation the client came on her apt and told me each and every word what she told her against me.I was shocked how she lied and poisoned against me.

I trusted her and did not ask for any clearifications.

I am so burt she  is a hidden enemy.I am an easy going soft hearted professional and dont want her create darama because she raise her voice and and yell and shout on a small issue.I have no idea how i am going to deal with her because i am so so hurt.

PLEASE guide me if any one out there have delt this kind of situation?and how should i deal because i dont want to quit as my husband laid off recently.

Need your advice to show her i know everything but i have ignored her.There is no chance but she might stop or feel embaressed and wont do it again???
