Hi, has anyone heard of the quality of the Health and Med microdermabrasion machines? Found them on line and they have quite a selection of skin care and body products. They have been in business for 5 years. Is that a red light? Would like some feedback on that if any one has heard. This unit  also has an ultrasonic skin scrubber and hot and cold hammer with it.  It is the 4 in 1 and they have a 5 in 1 and 6 in 1. Thanks for any feedback.   Marsha
