Currently as Master Estheticians in VA, we can operate a successful practice with Advanced Skin Care and education to our clients.  However, recently there has been a demand in my practice to have a Medical Director so we may offer injectables, etc.  Has anyone been down this road as an esthetician and added a Medical Director to administer lasers, injectables & services that were demanded other than an estheticians scope of practice?  If so, suggestions are greatly appreciated.
