I am asking these questions specifically because I am finding these issues where I work. I dont wanna blab the whole story but just wondering how other spas handle these situations. 

Just curious how many hours everyone is working?  

Are you required to work an 8 hour shift? Or be an opener or closer?

Do you change your hours as the seasons change?

Does your manager let you change your schedule easily such as going from 5 days to 4 a week, or 8hours a day to a max of 6 hours a day? 

Do you get a lunch or dinner break or any breaks or do you need to ask for them?

What about time off - do you need to find coverage to have a day off or does management find it for you?

And when you answer these questions please add these things :

How you are paid -such as commission only.

Do you get benefits like health vacation sick days etc?

Whatever you can answer would be great if only part of the questions is fine.
