Are any of you doing Hydrafacial treatments? If so, do you or your clients find them effective? What machine(s) are you using?

There is a big hype about the hydrafacial machine by Edge for Life but they are so pricey. I don't know if I'm willing to spend 18K on a tabletop machine.
