Hydrofacial Machine

Has anyone had experience with the Hydrofacial Machines? How expensive are they and are they worth investing in?

I worked with one at the very first spa I worked at.  I liked the diamond tip, but the serums were less than impressive.  It was an all around great machine though, and a lot of the clients requested it.
