Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has worked with any good skincare lines for clients with hyperpigmentation and age spots? Also, can you please share your experiences or treatment protocols (any machines used to enhance the treatment), how many treatments, how far apart? Which lines have worked for you/your clients in your experience?  Are peels the only way to go and if so, what peels would be okay for Fitzpatrick Scale 1-3 vs 4 & over?

Any comments, suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!  Please! ;) Thank you everyone!

Check out Skinscript RX professional tx and peels for pigmentation especially for your higher Fitz clients.  I have had great results pairing the ss gly/ret/kojic pads inconjunction with Image Total Bleaching serum...used everyother night and work up to nightly.
Allure, works great clients love it.

I have had great success with Nucelle Mandelic products.  Their serum, when applied to hyperpigmentation intially turns darker and I have had several clients have the spots peel off in one piece.  Of course, to keep them from returning, the must use sunblock.  It is really gratifiying to see a client become less insecure about their appearance.  I believe they even have some studies regardig melasma.  It works well for oily and darker skin.

Please consider Dermaquest.  Their Skinbrite line is excellent, with home care products and a wonderful peel that is appropriate for all Fitzpatrick levels.  They also have a product called Super Pigment Solution that can be added to facials and microdermabrasion treatments.

I've had great results personally and with my clients.

This product is amazing - NeriumAD.  Check out http://review.neriumproducts.com...  absolutely awesome natural product with no harsh chemicals that reduces age spots and hyperpigmentation by 20-60% in 30-day Clinical Trial.  One lady had age spots on her hands and they were fading by the 3rd day of using product.  This is nightly skin treatment product.

Professionals can do better than MLM products like this one.

Are you a licensed esthetician?

Being Latin we are extremely susceptible to Hyperpigmentation.  The formulators at Hydropeptide have come out with an incredible serum called Even out.  Even Out is Peptide based formula with their active ingredients being Chromabright and a very unique peptide called B-white.  I have had amazing results without having the hassle of a recovery period.  To speed up results, use Hydropeptide’s Vitamin C Plump and Peel system.

I recently treated a client for hyperpigmentation.  I did 3 microdermabrasion treatment, 3 glycolic acid treatments 20-30%, and 3 more microdermabrasion.  She has responded well and is pleased.

we use the Skin Medica and iS Clinical product lines.  The Skin Medical peels are great for hyperpigmentation and acne.  They can be used on all fitzpatricks.  They also have 2 lightening creams (Epiquin and Hydro Q) which contain 4% hydroquinone.  For patients who don't want to use hydroquinone, iS clinical has the White Lightening Complex and Serum.  Those products contain botantial based skin lighteners.

The best product line for what you are asking is Image skincare. The website is imageskincare.com. The peels are phenomenal! read through the simplicity that image makes for you and I am confident after one treatment, you'll be hooked! They also carry many products for clients to use at home with lighteners and brighteners that will help!
