If you could only use one machine, what would it be?

I'm going to say steamers and mag lamps don't count as machines for this question, even though they plug into the wall. :) So, you have a steamer and a mag lamp, and you can have just ONE other treatment machine/device. What would it be?

I'll use some of the answers in the next issue of ASCP Skin Deep magazine!
