Their customer service is great! You can always contact them by phone or email, and I am sure they will be more that glad to help you out :)

Image is extremely "closed door" until you open an account with them- which is a good thing. It helps protect their clients' interests. But it's very easy to open an account with no obligation- and you get SAMPLES! which is fantastic. :-)

They are, however, very reasonable.

Hi Gina! Please tell me who i can speak with there to get my account to be opened. I sent in my paperwork over two weeks ago, sent two emails, and spoke with someone who admitted they received my paperwork and was told i would be approved the next day (two weeks ago)....im yet to hear anything since or get a return email. Veryyyyy discouraging if they are like this before they even have a new account!!!

Wow Yvonne- I would say this is highly unusual.... I know it has to be "reviewed" before approved, I think it took about a week for me to get set up.... I will inbox you....

I must say that while I love their products, I have become disenchanted with the company in a general sense.  I am looking hard at Dermaquest, Rhonda Allison, YG Labs...

 

If a company makes it too much of a hassle to deal with them, folks tend to go elsewhere...  Lke me, for example.  I can not stand their West Coast distributor.  Their web site is a travesty (Not Image's, butr the WC distributor's site)...

I have dealt with Image direct here in Florida and they were real easy to  work with. My Territory Manager for Image is nice and helful.She has seminars quite often.

I'm sorry to hear everyone is having so much trouble!! My experience has been awesome! I have a GREAT rep and I can either order directly through her or the official Image site. I get my orders within 3-5 days. (I am in Ohio).

The training is great- 2 webinars a week on product knowledge, etc. I am going to the paramedical training in Detroit this coming weekend and will earn 6 CEU's for attending.

I have sold nearly $600 in retail in just 2 weeks.

I feel like it's one of the best decisions I have made for my business!!
