Ionizing Gels?

Does anyone know of a galvanic product that can be ionized that is similar to Guinot's Hydradermie Ionizing Gels?  I have a Galvanic Machine and so far I have found a couple of Galvanic Gels that can be used over a serum, but the gel itself has no partidular properties (i.e. it is used only as a conductor and does nothing else).  The Guinot Hydradermie Gels are formulated in a way that include the treatment within the gel.  In particular, I am looking for a gel-like Galvanic product that has hydrating properties.
