I had a jet peel maybe 4 years ago and liked the results way better than the Hydrafacial treatment I had last year. I honestly don't think the Hydrafacial is worth the money.

Stacey, will you give me more details please on hydrafacial, why do you think it doesnt worth it? 

Honestly, i dont like it either, but everybody around me (people i work with) just love it. And me inside tries to understand what is going on with my feelings.

Did you mean you had a jet peel treatment or a jet peel machine? If you had a machine, which one did you have or would recommend?  Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,

I had a jet peel done to me as well as a hyrdrafacial treatment. Would I invest in ether, no.

If you really want to offer a "wet-exfoliating" treatment, you can utilize other machines (microdermabrasion or others) and products (serums) that you most likely already have or can get.

Kristina-

The fact that the Hydrafacial Machine is around $30,000....and the serums alone usually run around $1200 per month... is not worth the money (to me). I had a hydrafacial treatment given to me by a rep and did not notice a lick of difference (granted I am an esthetician so my skin is in better shape than my clients). It's all hype in my mind but that is just from my own experience. I know other estheticians use this machine and swear by it so hopefully some of them will chime in.  I guess it depends on what you want/need in your practice and what you are willing to spend. ;)

I think you could use other products and equipment for a fraction of the price and get the same if not better results.

Stacey, this is exactly what i was thinking.

after somebody did the treatment to me, I did not see so much of difference in my skin for the charging price. 

And with Rhonda Allison line i see better results than with hydrafacial.

I was confused with Hydrafacial protocol we have at my spa.

#1 - we are using Hydrafacial products and nothing is removed from the skin (no mask is used)

#2 - Vivier  skin - "hydrating mask" with mineral oil as an ingredient and you take it off with towel

#3 - Rhonda Allison - mask and removal 

 i m not understanding this, how come one treatment can be done two different ways. Or the answer is to get $$$

Hi,

I have currently been looking into a hydrafacial machine and i tried to call for prices and didnt really get anywhere with the company and am waiting on a phone call back. Ive heard they are really expenisive and was wondering if any of you decided on if they are worth the buy on not?
