Hi Nicole - I purchased all of my product and equipment, including LED, from a company called Skin for Life (www.skinforlife.com; details specifically on LED an be found at http://www.skinforlife.com/lighttherapy.html).    I purchased it 3 years ago and have not had one problem.  They have both handheld LED as well as an awesome free-standing LED, all at very reasonable prices. I charge $35 for 20-minutes of LED as an add-on service to my facials (this is a competitive price based on how other salons are pricing it in my area).  I own my own skin care business and use my equipment and their product daily and love it; so much so, that I do also sell their equipment and product.
