I was thinking of doing something with Microdermabrasion. Mad for Micro or March Madness Micro Special? Or does that sound too corny? My last micro special was a hit last year...45 min Micro for $50 (my micrcoderm is valued at $100) Good luck!
Tricia - I don't think it's corny at all.
I have had some of the best responses to promotions using an alliterative title like that.
I like to NAME my specials...it makes it more fun (for ME at least).
My "Power Peptide Peel" was a real winner.
And I have a "Kentucky Derby" special already planned!
Microdermabrasion is easy to do, nice results, and not too much in product costs...might as well USE that machine!
Thanks Cindy! Well, I went with "It's Microdermabrasion Madness". It's only been a couple of days and clients are loving and booking. And you're right about product costs;)
Do people still recognize the phrase "mad as a March hare"? Could do something with a March Hair pun ... waxing services and cartoon bunnies? The other March-related things I can think of are spring officially beginning, and daylight savings time in most places. Spring Forward...?
Carrie - Last year, and I forget the date right now, my partner did a "Mad Hatter Day" contest.
Anyone who posted a picture of themselves in a hat was entered in a drawing for a product.
It was a nice way to engage followers and the pics were a riot.
Spring Cleaning? It can refer not only to waxing, but getting a "good cleaning" with the micro.....
I really like Spring Cleaning. That's a good one!
I had posted on the Skin Script board that I was thinking of doing a "Spring Cleaning" special in March.
But the March Madness Microderm is a much better idea!
I haven't booked a Microdermabrasion in a couple of months.
Great ideas, ladies!
Kim - I couldn't come up with a St. Patricks Day idea that got me excited.
But maybe go with a "green" themed facial? (the wearin' of the green!)
I am thinking seaweed products...???
...or "green" tea?
