Has anyone ever worked for this company before? I know it is a franchise for most of the reviews are different. Can anyone tell me how the company is as a whole?

if it is a franchise, no such thing as the company as a whole -- each location is independently owned an operated, so the only people who can tell you anything are the ones that work at the location you are interested in.

Well, they still have a "Corporate" standards such as how they would like you to perform a facial and what not. They, like Mc Donalds have to stay structured in the same. As for the management yes, they are different everywhere.
