Hi Esthis,

How are estheticians offering Microblading in California legally? Any tool, needle, blade that punctures, cuts or scrapes the skin is unfortunately not allowed. 

I would love to be able to offer it, but believe I would need to be set up like a tattoo shop, a whole other set of regulations/fees to abide by by.
