If an inspector asked me for them, I would tell them I keep all business documents online, and would go directly to my supplier for my private label and print one out (they store them on their website for our use).

The goal of the MSDS is when you have multiple employees who need to use the same product(s) in their work and have to be educated on their use and what to do in case of an accident.

If it's just you, then I think telling the inspector you 'store them online' is sufficient.  Just have the means to show the document to the inspector.
