Need some information from California Estheticians with RN license.
Hello,
I am an RN from CA, who is very interested in the skin care. I start my esthetician classes this week. After that, I'll try to open my own business. My question is, what kind of benefits will I get from my RN license when I'll work as an esthetician? Can I classify myself as medical?
I'll appreciate for all advices and useful information.

Hi there Marina that is really good that you want to start a career in the skin care field specially been a nurse you will have so many more opportunities since you are already a Nurse and you will definetely be working and classify as a medical because you will be working mostly with Doctors and other medical professionals also you will qualify to work not just in regular Spa but in the Med Spa even Hospitals. I am happy for you and hope you do great and help many people to look and feel great. I do not have much knowledge in what benefits you will have because I am a new Esthetician also trying to learn from those who already have a lot experience in this field but I am sure you can get a lot information in internet too just google your question you wil be surprise how much information you can find there :)
