I am a new at this. I am talking to a small hotel that is looking to add a esthetician. How should I ask to get paid and how do I pick a skin care line. The only one I know anything about is the one we used in school.

In my area they require minimum 2 years experience.  I don't know what your future plans are but if you are looking to get full training, I think a place where they can offer room to grow and take the time to train you would be a good place to start.  I guess it all depends on how comfortable you are treating clients because I have seen many graduates right out of school having difficult time doing facials so some of them work as a spa assistant and go from there.  Take your time and find a place that you can grow.

Ask if you can rent room and pay them rent. Or they should be giving you info on above
