I've been reading a little about this ingredient and sampling a product on my face, and I want to know more from my fellow Esthies.
Who uses it? What product lines do you find niacinamide products in? What percentages are you seeing in pro products? Do you use it in backbar or just retail? What specific improvements have you seen? I have read it is good for everything from wrinkles to hyperpigmentation to oily skin to acne to rosacea and even moisturizes the skin...... All that???
I'd really love to hear from you guys about what you've experienced with this apparently miraculous ingredient!
I know about it, in my recent research I gather few info, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), This all-natural vitamin makes melanin, the pigment seen in age spots and other dark areas less noticeable. Skin's ability to transfer melanin to the surface, where it can be easily seen, is inhibited. With continued use, niacinamide can effectively reduce discoloration in affected areas to give users a more flawless, more even complexion.
The one product in market named ACE-FERULIC, a rejuvenating serum, consist this ingredient and many more which does not possess any harsh or irritating ingredients, provides SPF protection, fight multiple signs of photo aging, and noticeably lightens hyperpigmented areas.
