This question is for Spa owners. Does anyone have any non compete forms they use that they would be willing to share? or can anyone recommend a good source for one?

Hi there,  After having many estheticians leave and open their own place or go to a competitor, the best thing you could do is have an attorney make up a form for you.  It is well worth the investment.

Thanks, I am currently checking into that, was just wondering if anyone might have some suggestions on where view one online.

Work with an attorney

Non-Competes are not allowed in many states and not appropriate in a spa setting

A non-solicitation agreement  IS enforceable and appropriate for retaining your clients
