Nova -07LE

I am just starting out and would like to get a machine that does.....well everything :). I haven't been able to find out much on reviews on machines but I keep coming back to this one.

Has anyone used this machine? Or Nova in general?

Hi Tawnya,

I have spent a lot of time researching equipment and can help you out. In general the machine you are looking at will give you some mild results, the problem is I see no actual stats on the level of ultrasonic energy, LED energy or the microcurrent output. I also do not see a UL or CE listing, but it could be there. I think the price is high unless they can show benefits. That being said ebay can be a cheap source if you plan on it not working after a couple of years depending on your use. Diamond microderm is a good modality but has drawbacks in disinfection, you really need a ultrasonic cleaner with an enzymatic solution and then either an autoclave or wet solution that won't corrode the tips.
