After 5 years of hearing bout the big "O" out of seemingly, every other client it's getting hard to be nice (just kidding ...sort of) Would LOVE to hear how you tactfully talk to your clients about this "wonderful" stuff, & others like it.

If it's that bad, stop wasting your time with her!

I would give her one more half hour of your life, and make it an ingredient lesson.  Be firm and let her know that you can't give her results if she won't comply.

if I have a client that can't afford both treatment and product, I sell them the products.

if only we knew that before they made their appointment!  Products are a great gateway drug to services.

Sadly, too often, clients get facials but go back home to Dove, Oil of Olay, etc and then think the facial did little for them.

Thanks everyone for all your GREAT, fun, & insightful comments. I learned a lot & feel like I'm gonna be able to figure something out that will work for both the client, & myself.  Can't wait to try it out!  One thing I know, I won't have to wait too long.  Really appreciate ALL of you!
