Online Appointment Booking Services

Hi Everyone,

I am thinking of using online appointment booking and marketing services. I am interested to hear of your personal experiences with them, if any.

I have come into contact with companies like Schedulicity, Spa-booker and Full Slate. I am trying to gather information before making the plunge.

Out of all of these companies, it seems like Spa-booker is the only one that you can sell your products online with. They called me today and it sounded great but I am trying to be more cautious these days before buying and setting it all up because it seems pretty involved and definitely more expensive than the others.

I have been in business for over 13 years.  I have tried all of the companies you have mentioned and the learning cure was too time consuming and some of them close at 5:pm which is not convenient for me.  Gladly, I found Vagaro.com and I have been totally satisfied and only $25 a month for a single person business.  You could sign up and start working at it almost immediately.  Hope this helps.

I use Vagaro. It's actually an app on smart phones. It's $25/month. It's great- you can connect it to facebook, a website or you can build a website on it. Never had problems with it. You can also set it up where it notifies you by text or email and you can have it where appts have to be approved if you want. It does confirmation emails/texts. There are all kinds of reports you can get off of it too. My clients love it and I love it too- I  have been using it about 1.5 years.

I use Full Slate, I'm really happy with it. They have fast and helpful customer service. About 95% of my clients now book online. It's allowed me more time to do services. I get all of the client info up front, email, phone numbers, etc. This make marketing easier, no need to manually enter the data later. Clients can see all available appt. times, modify/reschedule their appointments themselves. The auto emails for conformation and reminders are also great, no more phone call prior to confirm. And there is a lot of flexibility in the settings to make adjustments to work for your specific needs.

Also, Intuit owns Full Slate, so it's integrated with my quickbooks account, makes booking a breeze. 100% would recommend!
