Yes I have used it and it is a great treatment for acne. I have very oily skin and still have acne as an adult.

BP is a great active ingredient for acne.  The key is he has to back off using it as he clears up.  Maybe go from twice a day, to once a day to every other day so he doesn't overdry his skin.

Thank you ladies!! I have to admit, I feel a little defeated by not being able to help him to completely clear his acne. But I have been looking for a cleanser with BP for a while. I am not going to refer clients to Walgreens but would love to have a professional line on hand. Any recommendations?? Mine only has salycylic in it, think he needed something stronger.

Talk to Laura Cooksey, she runs the Face Reality Acne Clinic and no one knows more about acne then she does.

My friend is acne prone and doesn't have much money to spend on professional products and this is what she uses.  it cleared her up.  I only have occasional breakouts but I'll use it for a couple of days a month and it clears me fast.  I also use it during the summer if I'm experiencing breakouts on the chest.  I've never used it more than a few days at a time. I'm sure if you use it daily it will really dry out the skin.  But for those who can't spend the $$ I think this is a good option to have on hand.  Just be sure to educated them so they don't completely dry out their skin overusing it.  I only sell sal acid cleansers and this is a BP option.

Face Reality website along with ingredients that clog pores-
With BP you want to start out light and then can add time. Example- 15 minutes ( wash off) a day for a week - then 30 min( wash) next week. This is using BP as a med not cleanser of course. It all depends on skin and person using what type of acne they suffer from, allergies , etc.
