paperless client tracker

Hello everyone,

Please help if you know of an app or software that can help me keep track of my client services and purchases. There are many out there, but I dont want to use an online scheduler or pay monthly fee. All suggestions are welcome.

I'm very interested in this as well. Right now I'm using Styleseat for online scheduling and keeping track of services. Then I use a separate CRM to keep track of client communications and purchases. It's sort of working, but if there's something better, I'm up for it.

We used Vagaro at our spa and it seemed to have everything we needed. There customer service and training was great too!
