Please don't do this
Had an incident today in which an Esthetic Instructor was rolling her eyes and huffing at me behind my back. Ladies!!! We are all in this together! There is no need for this kind of behavior! There are plenty of clients and people to go around and what I have to say is not the end all be all. You can disagree with me. Treating each other poorly is not acceptable.
So, please post on here what wonderful things you could say about another Esty.
I'll go First: I had a facial while I was in Pennsylvania at the hotel Hershey. She was fabulous! Knew her products, solid skills, and wonderful intuition. Wish I could work with her.

I've been fortunate enough to work with several amazing estheticians and the one thing I truly miss is being able to bounce ideas off them by just walking to the room next door. But we're all out on our own now except one who is my dearest friend and we meet for coffee once a week and talk shop. She's only a 3 year esthetician and it won't be long before her talents will outgrow where she's at and she will feel the need to strike it out. I admire her and I think the feeling is mutual.
Rolling your eyes and huffing at another estie is the lowest level of professionalism in my opinion.

So agree on this. Unfortunately it happens in the women's world. We need to start supporting each other no matter our different opinions, success, milestones, etc. So sorry this happened to you :(
