Point of sale and online shopping cart ??????

Im looking for software that is for selling my products online.  Pay pay does have that but it is lacking a program to help things be more oranised etc. Would someone let me know which Online shopping cart / and Point of sale systems are good out their?  Please help!  Thank you!

Try www.e-junkie.com.  They're very affordable but you do need to be just a little web savvy if you plan to put the website, shopping cart etc. together yourself.
